In My Travel Make Up Bag - Week 2

After around 36 hours at home, I am back in my hotel room in Melbourne. Yes, I don't even feel like I left especially since I have the exact same room. Whirlwind trip home and back to Melbourne again but work wouldn't pay for the weekend. :(

Whilst at home I did manage to change my make up around and utilise my new Paul Frank make up bag. How cute is it?!? I love it and it is a great size for a few days away. I changed some products around and kept some favourites. I however did not pack as much as I did last week. I realised during the week that I kept just using the same products.

Face Products:

Models Prefer BB Cream in Light
I haven't used this much since I purchased it a few weeks ago (when it was half price). I found last week that I was wanting to use something light on my face so I decided to pack this and it can double up as a primer too.

YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat in BR10
I haven't used this foundation much lately so I decided to pack it so that I had to wear it. Beauty Blogger Logic...

YSL Touche Eclat in 2
When I use my Touche Eclat foundation I feel like I need to use my Touche Eclat highlighter too... Yeah like I said before - Beauty Blogger Logic.

MAC Mineralise Skinfinish Natural in Light
My favourite setting powder. I pretty much always use it. No brainer to pack it again.

Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer Kit in Ivory
The best concealer for those horrible under eye circles (that seem to be plaguing me currently - too little time for sleep). Also good for pesky zits too.

Cheek Products:

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Fantastic
This is from a set at Christmas time (that I paid through the teeth for on eBay). This is a pretty pink and the perfect size for travel.

Nars Powder Blush in Orgasm
I have been giving Deep Throat lots of love lately. I felt I needed to share the love, hence Orgasm came on holiday with me.

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Magic
Same as above with Fantastic but this is a pretty coral.

Eye Products:

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette
The perfect basic palette for everyday eye looks. Especially good for work.

Maybelline Color Tattoo in 25 Bad to the Bronze
My absolute favourite Color Tattoo.

L'Oreal Color Infaillible Eyeshadow in 33 Tender Caramel
My favourite Color Infaillible shadow.

Essence Eyeshadow in 35 Party All Night
Such a gorgeous shade, so metallic and shiny.

MAC Extra Dimension Eye Shadow in A Natural Flirt
Love this sparkly peach/nude shade.

Laura Mercier Eye Basics in Linen
Favourite eye primer that also brightens the lid.

Benefit Instant Brow Pencil in Medium
The only brow pencil I use.

Avon Brow Gel in Clear
Need this to tame my unruly brows (I am in need of a brow wax).

Nars Larger Than Life Eyeliner in Rue Bonaparte
Excellent for brightening up the eyes.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in Perversion
Favourite black eyeliner.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in Hustle
Favourite brown eyeliner.

Covergirl Clump Crusher by Lashblast in Very Black
Current favourite mascara.

Lip Products:

Bobbi Brown Creamy Lip Color in 32 Coral Pink
This is a lovely and moisturising lipstick. Reminds me to check out the new matte version... Because I need more lipsticks.

Revlon Lip Butter in 80 Strawberry Shortcake
Perfect pretty pink lipstick.

Clinique Chubby Stick Intense in 05 Plushest Punch
This has the pigment of a lipstick yet the comfort of a lip balm. Love and cannot wait for them to be released in Australia.

Nars Lipgloss in Chihuahua
This is a really natural looking lip gloss. I love!

Well at least I packed lighter this time...

PS: Can anyone recommend an awesome hairdresser located in Melb CBD that I could get into this week?

  1. Ahhh can't wait to get my hands on the chubby stick intense line!

Y Salon on Chapel St in Windsor is a great hairdresser just out of the CBD. You pay for the quality though!!

  2. What is the mac shadow in the picture above? It looks so pretty!

    1. It is from the Glamour Daze collection Extra Dimension shadow in A Natural Flirt. Lol must have missed it when typing up the post :)

Comments, criticism, questions & love all welcome.
