February Empties

Woah! Look at all those empties!!

I have been on a bit of a mission again this month to use up as many samples that I could. I also used up my first make up items for ages. I can't believe it is already March, this year is already flying past. Summer is over now too, I like Autumn though. I love the cooler weather that is still warm enough to enjoy.

Now onto the empties!

February's Empties are:

Moroccanoil Moisture Repair Shampoo & Conditioner
This is my favourite shampoo and conditioner. It just makes my hair feel so soft and smooth. I get a couple of days between washes with these products. I will repurchase.

Batiste Dry Shampoo - Fresh Scent
Dry shampoo is an essential product for me. It is perfect for those rushed (or lazy) days when you don't wash your hair. It is also great to add volume to the roots. This is in the Fresh scent and I like it a lot more than the Blush one. Will repurchase.

Bioderma Crealine H2O
Holy grail make up remover. Will repurchase.

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant
I got this sample with a magazine, can't remember which one though. I liked this, it made my skin feel soft and exfoliated but didn't dry my skin out. Would consider purchasing.

Clarins Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover Lotion
A sample I had lying around. Pretty crappy, it was gentle but didn't seem to actually remove my eye make up.

Clarisonic Gentle Hydro Cleanser
This came with my Clarisonic Mia and it was nothing special.

Nutri Synergy Sensitive Skin Cleanser
This was another sample from Bella Box and I actually really enjoyed this cleanser. It made my skin feel clean yet still nourished. I would consider purchasing in the future.

Lancome Bi-Facil
This really removes eye make up and quickly too. I don't agree with its non-oily claim though, I find it leaves an oily residue on my lids. It is great for those hard to remove eye products though. I would consider purchasing it.

Face of Australia Purifying Cleansing Wipes
This is the second packet I have finished of these. I wouldn't necessarily purchased these myself (they came in sample boxes) but I quite like them. I now find facial wipes are an essential for me.

Rexona Clinical Protection Anti-Perspirant Deodorant
Holy grail deodorant. 'Nuf said. Already repurchased and will continue to do so.

Swisse Body Wash
I enjoyed this sample from Bella Box. It had a really nice somewhat masculine scent that I liked. May purchase in the future.

Cosmetica Brush Cleaner
When I purchased this I had thought it was the usual one I purchase from Artiste. It was not however and it is just not the same as the other one. This one actually started to remove the paint on the handles of my Sigma brushes. I used it with care to finish it up. I wouldn't repurchase this one.

MeMeMe Seventh Heaven Enriched Moisturising Facebase
I got this sample pot in a Bella Box ages ago. I quite liked it, it felt refreshing on the skin. I don't know it it made my make up last longer but I did seem to make it apply easier. I don't know if I would purchase this.

Clinique Airbrush Concealer
I absolutely love this concealer. It is fantastic on the under eye area to help disguise dark circles. It is also really great to add highlights to the face. I will definitely repurchase it (and possibly get the current Clinique GWP at Myer too).

I hope you have a lovely March! :)

What did you finish up in February?

  1. I really want to try the Clinique Airbrush concealer! I shall have to do an empties post soon, my draw has quite a few bottles in it at the moment...

    1. It's a really nice concealer, better than the YSL Touche Eclat :)

  2. Great collection of empties this month! Btw, what shade are you in the Clinique concealer?

  3. I finished up my brush cleaner as well (the usual one from Artiste) I had no idea that there was a Cosmetica one... but now I know to steer clear of that one!
I'm thinking I may have to try out that shampoo/conditioner!

    1. Yeah I will never purchase the Cosmetica one again! The Moroccanoil Shampoo & Conditioner is fabulous!
